Shea Moisture Organic Head to Toe Baby Wash.
I also use this to wash my hair sometimes!
BabyGanics Foamin Fun Body Wash and Shampoo, the BabyGanics Smooth Moves Lotion in the Cucumber Aloe is amazing too. I also love the Burts Bee Baby Bee Shampoo and Wash and like the above reader I have been known to use it for my own hair when I need a good strip of the products.
OOh I love this topic as I spent alot of time looking into which baby wash to register for. I prefer to wash him with something void of all the toxins and chemicals. I settled on Burts Bee and California Baby. I actually started using this website called Skin Deep http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ where it gives you the ratings of toxicity in all kinds of cosmetics including baby goodies.
Love California Baby products which are of course all natural & organic. We use body wash, shampoo, lotions & bubble bath. Smell amazing!
Love this series. My favorite is also Shea Moisture Organic Head to Toe Baby Wash.
Mustela and Baby Magic!!
I've actually been using the Dove one, but I would really like to use something with less chemicals. I'll look around for the Shea Moisture one, it seems interesting, where can I find it?

We use Mustela... Love the scent and leaves his skin soft. I also love their wipes for a quick cleaning of his face.
Burt's Bee Baby Bee. :-)
Just plain ol' water works great for us!
California Babies and Burt's Bee are our favorites.
Aveeno Baby! Has oatmeal in it :)
Yes to baby carrots!
Yes to baby carrots!
Burt's Bees is my favourite and it lasts forever
Both of my sons arrived prematurely and the hospitals recommended Aveeno. We used that when they were young and it was fine but I have since tried to switch to more natural products:
-Weleda Calendula Shampoo & Body Wash
-L'Occitane Mom & Baby Cleansing Gel (not natural but smells lovely)
-Live Clean Baby Wash (I think this may be only available in Canada but here you can find it all over the place...free of everything)http://www.live-clean.com/collections/baby
-Green Beaver Jr. Foaming Body Wash (also Canadian but great product albeit expensive http://well.ca/products/green-beaver-jr-boreal-berries_19166.html)
California Baby Calendula bubble bath. Smells great, comes with a bubble wand, rated wonderfully by EWG, and soothing to the skin, especially those little legs that seem to be continuously scratched and bruised from the hard work of being a kid ;)
Good 'ol Johnson and Johnson Baby Wash.. we love it ;)
When my children are baked in sand and sunblock I use Weleda, but most of the time just plain water. They don't sweat, don't smell, and mud an peanutbutter disappears perfectly fine in the water.
I use Dr. Bronner's Baby Mild pure castile liquid soap for both of my babies (daughter - 20 months, son - 5 years). I use it head to toe on them, and love to mild scent. My husband and I use Dr. Bronner's Almond or Peppermint.
My daughter had extreme neonatal psoriasis, and both kids have eczema, so we have to be very careful about what we use on their skin. It's amazing!!
I used for my son only water for a long time..he is 22 months old now. When he gets very dirty i use an local organic Italian brand that does the products upon order as they do not contain any preservatives and the shelf time is really short, it's called Fitocose. But plain water is the best. And I never ever used on him any shampoo...sometimes i use the same body soap and his hair smells divine always and is so brilliant with just water :-)
Aveeno Baby Wash and Shampoo. Our son has sensitive skin, and the Johnson & Johnson that I was raised on irritated his skin. We tried the Aveeno because we'd had success with their other products, and haven't used anything else since.
I also use the Shea Moisture! LOOOVEE it. It seems like a bit of a secret amongst natural mamas- not alot of people know about it. But its amazing!
You MUST MUST try orignial sprouts. AMAZING. All their products are vegan (except one isn't) and they use organics. Nothing synthetic or wierd. It smells so good. I use the scrumptious baby cream and the hair and body baby wash. I even use both of them on me! Their natural sunscreen is also amazing. It rubs in easy and is non greasy!
You have to, have to try this stuff!
Plus since you have your license you should get it at cost.

We mostly just use plain water and a good microfiber cloth. Norwex makes good ones. Sometimes we use a little dr bronners mild baby Castile soap. I find less is best to preserve the natural oils in their skin and hair.
Jhonson and Jhonson.. Yea...No more tears? I would rather have no more formaldehyde. I just might get my wish. Today, the personal care giant announced that it would voluntarily (after consistent pressure from the public and groups like EWG) remove hidden formaldehyde from their baby products like baby shampoo and baby washes.
I wash my baby with Johnson and Johnson Baby Wash. My daughter has very sensitive skin and can only use this make so when I go shopping I make sure I stock up! This make has been around for years and was used on me when I was younger! Every baby shop sells it as it a good buy. This baby wash smells so delicious as well! Everything from Johnson's in my house Im afraid!

i personally love the Shea Organics 'OLIVE and MARULA' and mustela 'shampooing bebe' smells divine! super soft skin after too.
{sean likes the smell of the burts bee scent & the lotions}
The boys use Dove
My family loves to use Gaia Organics Shampoo For Kids & Body Wash we got from Amazon last Christmas. My daughter is already one-year old now. Before we used to bathe her with J&J, Lactacyd (for Toddlers), Nivea. But it never worked out. She has dry skin (and we usually use baby lotion to moisturized it) and dry locks. I am not really comfortable using these products because the effect are pretty much disturbing. the baby shampoo we got from Gaia Organics is the first organic baby shampoo we tried, and our little girl totally loves it. She smells so good, and now has super soft, smooth skin and healthy looking hair strands. We bought our first bottle from here http://www.amazon.com/Gaia-Organics-Shampoo-Kids-Body/dp/B00ODS0P00
I love organic body wash for my baby. I want those for my baby.
Absolutely nothing synthetic or even weird. This smells so great. I use the actual scrumptious child cream and also the hair as well as body child wash. We even use each of them upon me! Their own natural sunscreen is also incredible. It rubs in simple and is no greasy!
Thanks for this post, very good to know, especially for first time moms.
i love using natural ingredients for my skin but sometimes it means sacrificing on the quality that I'm used to. The Made from Earth Citrus + Vitamin E Body Wash is an awesome body wash that cleans well and leaves a subtle scent. my boyfriend has been using this secretly. This smells great and feels clean when I use it. I think it is so great that there is someone out there who makes a soap that is free of any harmful chemicals.
With the Made from Earth body wash being 100% natural and being free of preservatives, PEG, and Sulfate it gives me the peace of mind that this product can be used on my entire family with no problems.
I love the Child Bee Hair shampoo and Clean and such as the above readers I have been proven to use it with regard to my own tresses when I require a good remove of the items.
If the baby resists being cuddled, have the father/caregiver hold the baby together with his or her back against their chest with the baby facing out. searching into the space provides a distraction, which can be useful click here.
Thanks for this post, very good to know, especially for first time moms.
