A new anti-gravity yoga room at my gym! I heard Pink does this and that's enough reason for me to want to try (hello insane body). I know the benefits of yoga are amazing but this new anti-gravity thing has got to bring things to a whole new level! Has anyone tried this before? I would love to hear if so!
Pretty sure the people around me at Trader Joe's were wondering why I stopped in the middle of the store to take a picture of my awesome leggings, but hey I LOVE them so I did :)

I've started aerial yoga and its AMAZING! my 3rd session is tonight :)
I found a great teacher but I also love the variety, it's impossible to get bored! I've heard people say it was difficult but in my first session I did so much, perhaps badly or awkwardly but still tried it! Your first fly is amazing! let me know if you try it. I'm just writing a blog entry on aerial yoga too!

Local and fresh honey is always the best. I'm actually really sad, because I've been wanting honey so bad... but I'm pregnant and my Doctor says I need to stay away from it.

those shrimp do look amazing. i've never heard of anti-gravity yoga but i'm intrigued (for the same reason - yes, pink's body is insane).

Ooh that anti-gravity thing looks cool! I'd probably be scared of falling off though :). Those leggings are pretty and there's almost NO fruit stands or stuff like that where I live... but that's life in a city neighborhood :P
