My little superhero "Dash" from the Incredibles. He thought he was so cool it was pretty cute!
Flourless chocolate chip cookies that we devoured within a matter of hours. I got some really mixed reviews from these cookies, like some of you cookie makers HATED them so I made quite a few changes to this particular recipe (like no coconut) and these were bomb diggity...so there! Once I get the recipe totally perfected I will post it...because I am not ready for a swarm of flourless cookie haters again.
My Mother-In-Law's famous Halloween chili. It does not ever disappoint.
Okay, maybe a little dorky how excited I am but I made my very first wreath...that was actually good enough to hang up. I got everything at the dollar store so I am pretty excited (you should take a drink of something every time I use the word excited) it only cost me about $4 to make.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Weekending!
Hey there! I just have to say thank you for all your recipes you post. You truly inspire me. I have made so made of your recipes and they turn our amazing! I couldn't do it without your help. I always feel sad when I read that people say horrible/ mean things about your recipes, I feel like it must take so much work to try it out and then share it and to have people be mean is just rude. So I wanted you to know that even though you and I have never met, you inspire me daily. I constantly refer to your blog and get excited anytime there is a new recipe. You are a beacon of light for someone who is just starting out on a gluten free dairy free diet. So THANK YOU!! I hope you know you are appreciated by so many people. Continue with the awesomeness!!!!
Al the best,
Jennifer Webb
Mmm that chili looks so good!
I feel your pain, except people have yet to openly blog hate on me...just my husband hating on every healthy meal I force feed him lol.
That Halloween chili is calling my name. I have no idea what's in it, but I want to snuggle up with a blanket and a big bowl. :)
I think coconut flour is hard to measure accurately--you need so little of it for the recipe, so a little bit makes a big difference. I just got the cookbook Paleo Indulgences (which I love and you should try) and she lists the grams and cup measurements. I was making her blueberry muffins, and when I tried the cup measurement it was way more than I needed according to weight, so I took some out and made perfectly lovely muffins. Do you have a kitchen scale? If so, I would DEFINITELY appreciate weight measurements for your recipes so I can hopefully get them to turn out as deliciously for me as they did for you!
I can't believe you had haters! RUDE! Love the costumes :)
