A recent thrifting find...a vintage Pyrex dish.On a side note: There is supposed to be a crazy thunder storm here on Saturday! I live in California where everything is exaggerated so I am sure there will be a emergency alert going off on the TV every 10 minutes as usual.
We are having some friends over for a cookie exchange tomorrow so I have to get creative and think of something good!

I love your iphone case! there are these really cute birthday crowns on Palomas Nest that would be so cute for a Where the Wild Things Are birthday party! hmmmm…where's my Anthro catalog?! haha. Man…I remember when I lived in Cali and it would "rain" (in Oklahoma we call it a drizzle) and everyone would freak out and drive like they were on ice. Hilarious and annoying. haha.

I had a little silver Glomesh purse like that Lindsay when I was a teenager. It's just gorgeous. They're hard to find now. Love it!

I HAVE that Pyrex - in avocado green!! We had a set of three growing up and I kept it because I loved the 70's color. How funny - I like the yellow too :)

Oh my gosh! We have a pyrex dish that matches that bowl in our cabinets.
On another side note, we have this dark red colored pyrex (I thnk from the 70s) mixing bowl that was my grandmothers. It's a valued bowl in my family and this past summer while wandering through a local flea market, I found a smaller bowl that matched it. I instantly bought it up and was shocked that it was only .50 cents! I had the happiest feeling when I brought it home. Hooray for Vintage finds that make us go Yeay!

I have that same Pyrex dish! I found a set of two - one slightly smaller and they make the perfect dog dishes [I hate to use them for a hound who won't appreciate their charm, but they're just the perfect pop of color for his food corner :) ] Anthropologie is on fire this season with great things to wish for. I was just in their store Saturday evening and can never seem to pop in without spending 45 minutes wandering around! Hope you had a great time at your cookie exchange - it sounds like a blast!
